Circular bronze medal with obverse depicting Kaiser Wilhelm II as the swan-knight Lohengrin on an ironclad swan boat and an inscription from a February speech; the reverse depicts the neutral Dutch steamer Amstelstroom which was sunk by a trio of German torpedo crafts on March 23, 1917.
