Circular bronze medallion with obverse depicting Kaiser Wilhelm II as the swan-knight Lohengrin standing on an ironclad swan boat encircled with an inscription from a February speech; reverse depicts the neutral Dutch steamer Amstelstroom which was sunk by a trio of German torpedo crafts on March 23, 1917.
