Oil on canvas mural study depicting five vignettes, from left to right: Indians in landscape with mountains, building of a bridge, industrial worker at machinery, crane lifting a load, laborers working on a dam with a family group in the foreground holding a sign with a message which reads: POWER, HARNESSED AND MADE CHEAP, CONTROLLED DEMOCRATICALLY AND USED FOR THE COMMON GOOD RELEASES MAN FROM NEEDLESS TOLL AND CONVERTS TECHNOLOGICAL UNEMPLOYMENT INTO MASS LEISURE. MASS LEISURE MEANS SECURITY FOR ALL, MEANS INDIVIDUAL SELF DEVELOPMENT, MEANS THE ENRICHMENT OF THE NATIONAL CULTURE THE TRUE OBJECTIVE AND JUSTIFICATION OF THE DEMOCRATIC EXPERIMENT.
