Folded sheet of paper with serigraph image on right half and paragraph of text printed on left half; image depicts two standing figures, a male worker on left in riveter's gear and a female worker on right in welder's gear; below and in front of them is a long line of tiny artillery tanks; behind them in the sky are rows of airplanes (bombers?); virtually identical to XX1990.4179, except that this print TD1989.87.16 is markedly lighter in color, though it does not appear to be faded, just printed with less rich colors
